New H3C Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "H3C") believes privacy is a fundamental human right, so we are committed to providing transparency and control over your personal information. The Privacy Policy applies when you use our services.

1.Please read this Privacy Policy carefully and make sure you fully understand its content before using the services provided by Cloudnet App. By using or continuing to use the services provided by Cloudnet App, you agree to our use and processing of your information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

2.We may revise this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, or business. These changes will be effective immediately upon posting. We will notify you of the policy changes through methods such as posts in prominent locations, push notifications, or messages.

3.Only after you agree to the changes in the Privacy Policy can we collect, use, process, and store your personal information in accordance with the changed policy. You can refuse to agree to the changed Privacy Policy. However, doing so might prevent you from using or continuing to use all the services and functions provided by Cloudnet App.

A.What types of information we collect from you and how we use your information

1.We collect the information that is required by Cloudnet App to provide services. Refusal to provide such information will affect the normal usage of the services provided by Cloudnet App.

2. We collect personal information and information required to provide certain services as follows:

2.1 Personal information
   When you register and log in to your Cloudnet App account, you need to provide your account number, phone number, or email address. We use this information to match your personal identity. You must provide true and accurate information to successfully register a Cloudnet App account and use the services provided by Cloudnet App.

2.2 Information collected for enabling the QR code scanning-based device onboarding function
   When you use the QR code scanning-based device onboarding function, Cloudnet App needs to access your camera to scan the MAC address and SN of the device. Cloudnet App will then upload the collected device information to the Cloudnet platform to identify the device model and deliver configuration information.

2.3 Information collected for enabling the network automation or Bluetooth relay function
   Cloudnet App needs to turn on Bluetooth on your endpoint when you use the network automation or Bluetooth relay function. When you use the network automation function, you need to identify and connect to the gateway device through Bluetooth. When you use the Bluetooth relay function, you need to identify the device through Bluetooth in order to add the device to the Cloudnet platform.

2.4 Your location information
   Cloudnet App needs to obtain your location information through GPS when you use the AP scanning or project acceptance feature. When you use the AP scanning feature, Cloudnet App uses your location information to search for the AP that provides the best signal. When you use the project acceptance function, Cloudnet App obtains the test point location to record test information for you to complete the project acceptance process.

2.5 Endpoint information
   When you use the endpoint scanning or authentication testing function, Cloudnet App needs to obtain information about your endpoint device, including the device name, device identification information (IMEI, ESN, MEID, SN, and MAC), hardware model, operating system version, and browser information. This information will be displayed in the endpoint scanning or authentication testing result.

2.6 Data sent to the Internet
   When you use the ping function, Cloudnet App needs to send data to the test target (identified by domain name or IP address) over the Internet. Cloudnet App pings the target domain name or address to test network connectivity and presents the test result to you.

B.Whether and how we share your personal information

H3C is committed to protecting privacy and personal information for users. H3C will adopt various mechanisms, security technologies, and procedures to protect user privacy and personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, or leakage. H3C will not disclose your registration information or non-public information stored for you user as you use Cloudnet App to a third party other than a partner or use your data for any illegal purpose, unless in the following circumstances:
        1.With your prior consent.
        2.In accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
        3.In accordance with the requirements of relevant government authorities.
        4.To safeguard the interests of the public.
        5.To defend the legal rights of H3C in case of infringements of H3C's legal rights under this agreement.

C.How we protect your personal information

Cloudnet App will strictly abide by applicable laws and regulations and adopt industry-recognized reasonable measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, damage, and loss.
 Cloudnet App uses industry-standard security measures to prevent your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, misuse, alteration, damage, and loss. Cloudnet App will take all reasonable measures to protect your personal information and continue to improve these security measures to protect your personal data.

D.How your personal information is stored

1. Storage location
 In accordance with the provisions of applicable laws and regulations, Cloudnet App will only store the personal information collected about you in the People's Republic of China. Currently, there is no scenario for cross-border transfers of your personal information or provision of your personal information overseas. If it is really necessary to transfer your data across borders, Cloudnet App will clearly inform you of the relevant information (including the purpose of the transfer, recipient, usage method, usage scope, content, security measures, and security risks) and ask for your consent to do so. Cloudnet App will ensure that the data recipient has sufficient data protection capabilities to protect your personal information.

2. Data retention periods
 Cloudnet App must retain some of your personal information for the minimum period of time in order to provide certain services to you. For example, when you use the project acceptance function for test point-based testing, Cloudnet App will store the per-test point information temporarily until the information is uploaded to the Cloudnet platform.

E.Access and update your personal information

1.You can delete some of your personal information whenever you like by using the corresponding functions provided by Cloudnet App. For example, you can delete your project acceptance record and the site you created. Cloudnet App will delete the information at your request, unless otherwise stipulated by applicable laws and regulations.

2.You have the right to access and obtain your personal information stored in Cloudnet App. If your personal information stored in Cloudnet App is incorrect, inaccurate, or not up to date, you can request to correct, suppress, or delete your personal data.

3.You have the right to withdraw your permissions for Cloudnet App to use your personal information. For example, you can withdraw your permission for Cloudnet App to obtain your location information, use your camera, or enable Bluetooth in order to provide the requested service at any time. After you withdraw your permission, Cloudnet App will not be able to provide the specific function or service related to the permission.

F.Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may revise or update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will provide a notice after changing the policy and try to notify you of the changes through feasible methods. By continuing to use the services provided by Cloudnet App after the changes have been made, you agree to the changes.
